PC Smart 6A

PC-Smart 6A is an Open loop CNC Controller and ideal for  servo drives and Stepper motors that accept step/dir. PC-Smart 6A is a powerful PC-based CNC controller designed for precision motion control across four independent and interpolated axes . Built for industrial environments, it delivers smooth, high-speed motion through a LAN-based connection and supports up to 500,000 pulses per second with S-curve acceleration for stable and accurate movement

PC Smart 6A

Radonix 6-axis CNC control card Radonix builds PC-based CNC motion control platforms with industry-specific HMIs. Our controllers support 2–6 simultaneous axes (expandable to 16 in special applications), multi-head and automatic tool/head changers, run standard G-code and direct DXF, and offer real-time path preview with optional camera integration.

key Features

Axes

Axes

With a 6-axis interpolated and independent structure, precise motion control is ensured for your device. This feature helps achieve accurate results even in complex applications.

Digital Outputs

Digital Outputs

The 16 protected digital outputs allow you to safely control your loads. With PNP and NPN compatibility, these outputs enhance system flexibility and provide a wide range of applications.

Communication

Communication

With a 100 Mbps LAN (TCP/IP) connection, you can easily integrate your device into your network. It ensures reliable communication even at distances of up to 50 meters.

Compatible Operating Systems

Compatible Operating Systems

The device supports Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 operating systems. With broad compatibility, it can seamlessly integrate with various computer systems.
Analog Inputs

Analog Inputs

Analog Inputs in Radonix are often wired to a front-panel potentiometer (0–10 V) to provide live overrides—e.g., Feed Override and Spindle Speed Override. The controller reads the knob voltage, scales it to a % range (say 50–120%), filters noise, and applies it in real time so operators can smoothly increase/decrease feed or spindle speed during machining.

Analog Outputs

Analog Outputs

With 2 protected analog outputs (0-10V), you can send precise voltage signals to your system. This feature facilitates motor speed control and seamless integration with analog devices.
Hardware Lock – Maximum Security

Hardware Lock – Maximum Security

With 24 time locks adjustable via the internal clock, you can configure your machine to operate or deactivate after a specified period, ensuring enhanced security and controlled usage.

Digital Inputs

Digital Inputs

The 24 isolated digital inputs support both PNP and NPN signals. This feature ensures seamless integration with various industrial applications while maintaining electrical isolation for enhanced safety.
