Before choosing a controller

A model number alone is not enough. Axis count, drive interface, I/O quantity, machine sequence and operator requirements all affect the correct selection.

Does Radonix work with servo motors and stepper motors?

Yes. Current pulse-and-direction controller models can command compatible servo drives or stepper drives. In a servo system, the drive normally closes the feedback loop using its encoder while Radonix supplies motion commands. View compatible hardware →

Is the system open loop or closed loop?

The current controller architecture sends pulse and direction commands. Motor feedback is normally handled inside the servo drive. This should be distinguished from a controller-level full closed-loop architecture. Read controller architecture →

Can the interface be adapted to our machine?

Can a machine continue after a power interruption?

CAM-Pro records the last executed G-code line. After the machine is safely recovered and referenced according to the machine procedure, the operator can use this information to continue the program rather than starting from the beginning. Explore CAM-Pro software →

How do we select the correct controller model?
